Anything ordered in store (semi custom) is up to 2 weeks (plus shipping) as long as you are prompt with approvals, delays to approvals can push this time out.
Custom or specialty print options are up to 6 weeks (plus shipping)
Yes, we do have minimum quantities for stationery items, these are in place to cover labour and material costs for each project, we can print less, however the cost will be the same as for the minimum order requirements (please see in store quantities)
Please allow up to 5 business days from the day of sending all of the information required in the correct format.
Semi custom orders do not arrive assembled, we can offer this service for an additional cost. Custom orders do come assembled.
Up until final print approval it is possible to add to your order, once final print approval is obtained there is a strict no change policy, including design and quantity.
We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 additional stationery items, unfortunately we do not share digital files for future print elsewhere.

We are not a trade printer, therefore we do not print ready made artwork.

A Custom design packages typically include 30minute design consultation, custom design, invitation, details card & envelopes including printing as well as a couple of other options you get to choose, however can be tailored to your needs.
No, unfortunately due to artwork requirements we only print our own art.
Yes you can add anything from the guide to be quoted in your package, if theres something you’ve seen that has caught your eye but cant find on my website please reach out as I may be able to assist.
Revisions are unlimited (but you wont need many).
YES!! They will be invoiced separately but to ensure everything is cohesive from start to finish I would love to complete your on the day signage also.
